The majority of our orders are installed by us.
We know the LAST thing you want is to stand there with YOUR WIFE behind you saying a little to the left and a little to the right.

So AT YOUR ORDERING SESSION, I will use your feedback from today, make suggestions, show you what I love and hope you love it too.
As you learned during the calls, prints start at $495 each
and our entry level wall portrait starts at $1,500
and some have spent that.
We have different sizes and finishes that go up from there
- the largest portrait and collections I CAN create are LIFESIZE at $20,000 - that is NOT a fit for MOST people, but I say that so if you WANT the moon, we absolutely can do that for you.
Generally, our most popular STANDALONE STATEMENT SINGLE out of pocket WITH a $1,000 credit applied ranges between 2,500 and 18,000, based on the finish you choose.
For STATEMENT COLLECTIONS, our most popular ones out of pocket with a $2,000 credit applied range between 4,500 and 10,000 based on the finish you choose.
Because ADD ONS are 50% off,
many families add an album or a box
- some want gift prints to GIVE
Some people spend MORE
- some people spend LESS, so it ranges.
Some end up near 2,000 to 4,000,
some end up between 3,000 to 5,000 -
some have spent closer to $20,000.

So I don't have things that are set that people have to FIT themselves into.
But I can't really TELL you what your TOTAL is going to BE until I know what you want.

Our LIMITED EDITION SESSION has its OWN line of products, purchased separately and there IS a smaller selection so that would help you stay within your budget.
You will STILL have $100 Studio Spending Credit towards any product in our LIMITED EDITION PRODUCT LINE.
For WALL ART, the ONE CHOICE OF FINISH is a CANVAS ART BLOCK and if you choose WALL ART, your $100 CREDIT can still become a $1000 SPENDING CREDIT toward WALL ART.

That’s a great question! To give my clients the BEST SERVICE, we have specific DAYS set aside for SPECIFIC sessions. We set the studio up differently so while it IS an option at this point for you to change your SESSION TYPE, it’s NOT an option to keep the same CUSTOM DATE.

Just know that you can CHOOSE to pay everything in full, but we offer generous payment plans so that you can get what you love.

So that's why we give you the range.
And then we take a look.
But we also have no idea what's going to be the perfect portrait because it's also about the expression - there are so many things that go into the perfect artwork.
So that's why we give the ranges, so it really is impossible to be EXACT because we don't know what the perfect thing is - you haven't seen it with your own eyes.
This is a bit of a discovery process.

Like we talked about, we have TWO LINES and the pricing is different based on the line, the finish you choose and the size. That's why we give a range.
OUR LEGACY LINE PORTRAITS has two finishes and are our highest quality art pieces, framing is included for a 30" or above. Our MASTERPIECE finish has the look of a commissioned painting.
Our largest most bespoke, hand painted pieces can range up to $20,000 but in this line our prices start at a modest $1,500 with a lot of options in between - and remember, you will have $1000 to spend toward the size you choose.
Our Designer Line has three finishes and after applying your $1000 WALL ART CREDIT, you would only pay out of pocket $1200 and the largest size after applying your credit would be $7500.

I want to make sure you understand our LEGACY pricing because I'd want to know, I don't want to surprise you.
This is a line we have just added, so we are offering the most incentives with it.
You are starting out with a $250 SPENDING CREDIT that covers a 10 inch MOUNTED PRINT of the whole family together.
Let me give you an example just so you can understand how our LEGACY pricing works.
Let's say that you want to go up in size to a 20 inch family portrait. That IS small, just so you know.
Well, a few things are going to change.
Your family portrait is four times larger as far as the size.
Everything we do is retouched, but 20 inch portraits and above get custom attention so thin that arm, make that line go away - you can make specific requests.
Now for that you would pay $1500 over your SPENDING CREDIT.
Now the other thing we're going to do because most of our clients - not all and this isn't a requirement - end up doing one of the family, one of each of the kids - so everything else that you choose at your order appointment, we do those at 50% off for you. And that's only on the day of your ORDERING SESSION.
Let's say you wanted to do an 20 inch of the family AND a 10 inch of each of the kids.
So you are paying $1500 for the family portrait.
If you do a 10 inch of each of the kids, those normally are $1000 each, but now they are buy one get one. So that would put you at $2500 for the family portrait and one of each of the kids AFTER USING your spending credit.
Obviously, we've got more sizes that keep going up in a similar way. As each size increases it typically doubles the square inches. And we will have other options available for purchase.
So that is our LEGACY LINE.
Our DESIGNER LINE comes complete with a sleeker outer frame, commercially printed and rated to last over 150 years with your choice of finish - gallery canvas, metal and glass. Depending on the size, these can range up to $20,000 but prices start at $1500 and go up from there.
Just remember we have some bonuses factored in, so the more money you spend the more you get.
Right now, I'm going to be honest and tell you that we are offering more incentives for our LEGACY LINE because it is newer.

It is not inexpensive, so you are right.
But I'm going to tell you that it's one of the few things that has the LEAST VALUE the day we put it on your wall. Every day after that it just becomes more valuable.
One day there will be no amount of money that I could give you to buy it back
Just know you're not obligated to buy anything you don't love!
I understand if it's more than you were originally thinking.
Something in our LEGACY LINE might suit your family but something in our DESIGNER LINE might be a better fit and it does have a bit of a lower price point.
We will look at all the options at the ordering session to see what will be best for you and what you will end up wanting. But it’s totally up to you.
O: “We are remodeling our house/paying for braces/had to fix a water heater (fill in the blank of the thing that is costing them money right now and the reason why they cannot pay you for photos).
R: “I understand, water heaters/braces/remodeling is SO EXPENSIVE [VALIDATE THEIR FEELINGS].
Would you prefer to keep our session to just the image of the family this year?

But let me give you examples.
Recently, a SINGLE MOM fell in love with a DESIGNER collection and she spent about $4,500
Another family had NEVER had family portraits really wanted FRAMED artwork, so they choose a LEGACY COLLECTION AND ADDED ON A LEGACY ARTISAN BOX and their total was closer to $7,000
Another family came in and THEIR CHILD was still little and they wanted her to grow up with FAMILY PORTRAITS ON DISPLAY.
They LOVED the FRAMED LEGACY STATEMENT COLLECTION, so they got that.
But they had never had a portrait as a couple, so they ALSO AND ADDED ON A COUPLES COMPANION COLLECTION FOR THE MASTER BEDROOM.
They also ordered a portrait for their daughter's room.
AND they added on an album with about 100 portraits that they loved and their total was over $16,000.
Now, she took advantage of our PREPAYMENT OPTION, because they wanted the BONUS STEEL STANDUPS because she wanted to give them as gifts. Digital files were included for all ordered portraits.
So should I just go think about this or whatever?
And I said, look, if there’s anything on here that you need to think about, let’s just take it off.
Let’s only proceed with what you are a hundred percent convinced of.

Okay, then should we move forward? Or should we take something off?
How do we get this price down?
There’s two ways - you do less PRODUCTS or smaller SIZES. That’s it.
IF THEY SAY:
NO
I understand and that's fine. I don’t want to overwhelm you with too many options because you’re going to come in, you love your kids, you love your family, you are going to want everything, and then probably you’re not going to like the price of that.
So let’s narrow down and figure out just what it is that you need. Of course, you’re going to see more images than probably what you will buy just because if something amazing is happening, I’m not going to NOT shoot it. I don’t want to overwhelm you and I don’t want you to feel like you’re being oversold.
You really have two options at this point.
You can do an EXTENDED PREpayment PLAN where we can DECIDE what you want and then split YOUR PAYMENTS UP for that if that helps. You can spread out PREpayments over the next couple of weeks or months, whatever works for you which would mean that we would need to push out your portrait session date, so you have some time to save up and pay for it. Whatever amount is prepaid by the day of your session, you still get bonuses for. You just schedule payments on the date that you decide in the amount that you decide. So it's all taken care of automatically.
The other option that you have and what I would recommend is you go ahead and have your portrait session and if you spend more than you anticipate we can do a post session payment plan, at the end of your ORDERING SESSION you can set up a LAYAWAY PLAN. and make payments on your order.

The only other option I could offer would be to move to a Special Event session date.
You absolutely CAN do that, but it's not what I would recommend because it's really for those who are not interested in wall art or even an album or portrait box. It's for those that only want a handful of prints. From what we have customized for your family so far, it sounds like WALL ART or an ALBUM or a PORTRAIT BOX would be more in line with what you are wanting. HAIR AND MAKEUP and STUDIO WARDROBE would NOT be available for A SPECIAL EVENT SESSION and those services are not refundable, but if that is what you want, you do have that option.

SCRIPT-SHOW MULTIGENERATIONAL
MULTIGENERATIONAL Portrait Sessions DO have a few differences.
To make sure you guys can get the best bang for your buck, I encourage families to POOL THEIR RESOURCES and buy together.
That way, you can get more portraits at a lower price, which I feel is a fabulous value for your family.
With us, the more portraits you buy, the less you pay for each.
Most FAMILIES want their own group portrait of everyone and will probably want their own family portrait plus a handful of extras.
So what I do is FOR ORDERING SESSIONS, I give a one week special extension so that I can have time to HAVE AN ORDERING SESSION with EACH FAMILY UNIT to complete all purchases.
As long as we finalize these ORDERING SESSIONS within one week of the first one,
after your first wall art purchase, ALL of you guys recieve 50% off of additional wall art, albums or portrait boxes you purchase, which makes it easier for multiple buyers.
I present everything first to the parents
and then to each family unit within that ONE WEEK PERIOD and finalize all the orders.
So whatever is purchased DURING THAT ONE WEEK PERIOD is considered part of ONE ORDER, goes towards one total and that way your WHOLE FAMILY can receive the REWARDS of as much as 50% off additional products after your first Wall Art purchase.
With a MULTIGENERATIONAL Portrait Session we also offer DUPLICATE ALBUMS with the EXACT same images, is the same quality album, just smaller in scale and those are PRICED at $995 each.
If you want anything in the album changed, this would require ORDERING a separate full size album AT REGULAR PRICE.
The other thing that we offer is to create a NOSTALGIA ALBUM, where we scan old photos and old things and use that as part of our storytelling album.

Next, let me explain about MASTER ART RETOUCHING
We know the GPOUP family portrait is SUPER important, with everyone looking at the camera, and every expression is perfect - because the first person that doesn't look good is going to HATE it.
So we do MASTER ART RETOUCHING and offer any portrait that includes 3 people or more as Wall Art only.
Master art retouching means spending extra time on your portrait finessing it - doing head swapping, whatever we need to do to make it perfect, especially in a WALL PORTRAIT size.
Here's the thing, think of the last group shot you were in.
Who was the first person you looked at?
You looked for yourself, right?
So I want to make sure that when every family member SEES that portrait, this is a portrait they can be proud of and love, and will be beautiful on everyone's wall.
So if I need to fix someone who's blinking,
smooth down a skirt
adjust stray hair
I'm going to have the time to do that for you and make it picture perfect.
· Archival Medium Resolution Digital Portrats of any ordered product such as wall art, an album or a Portrait Box can be purchased BUT they are included when your Pool Your Resources Total Order reaches $10,000.
We do offer MULTIGENERATIONAL/EXTENDED FAMILY STUDIO WARDROBE which is $250 and includes styling and clothing pressed and ready for ALL session participants.
– I can create a clothing palette and send that to each family unit to take the guesswork out of coordinating everyone. That allows one family to be a little more edgy, whereas another family might for example be more natural, organic. Most likely your parents would be more polished. A palette means that each family and each person can through the styles and silhouettes of their clothes, make of it what they will.
– or if you really feel that clothing will be a challenge for your family to coordinate, the simplest answer is black and white portraits.
